YTSEO is a free tool that generates YouTube SEO metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnail prompts using AI. We provide the Service "as is" and make no guarantees regarding the performance or ranking improvements of your YouTube videos.

3. Fair Use & Rate Limiting

The Service is provided free of charge. To ensure availability for all users, we implement rate limiting. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our API endpoints or abuse the service in any way that could disrupt access for other users.

4. Intellectual Property

The generated text content is provided for you to use freely in your own content creation. However, the design, layout, code, and overall platform structure of YTSEO remain the intellectual property of its creators.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall YTSEO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
